How To Unlock BlackBerry Z10 / Q10
Before you start the unlocking process it is important to get the unlock code for your BlackBerry Z10/Q10.
What is unlocking? The device could be network locked which allows it to make a mobile network connection with only your current service provider. Therefore, if you want to use a SIM card from another service provider, you need to enter an unlock code.
Steps to follow :
- On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Tap Settings – Security and Privacy – SIM Card.
- Tap a locked item, in the Phone Network Lock section. When asked, enter the unlock code.
